Nice casino! Easy to withdraw, fast costumer support/live chat 24/7Good and active live chat with alot of nice people.I would give it a 5 but its a 4.5 since its sometimes alot of portugeese. But thats okei since the casino is portugeese.

After hearing a good word from a friend, I decided to give it a shot and couldn’t be happier. The bonus terms are easy to understand and actually fair, and I love that loyalty rewards here truly make a difference. When I’ve needed help, the support team has always been quick to respond, friendly in their approach, and efficient at resolving my issues. The whole experience has been positive and hassle-free from the start.

I am new to this casino but wanted to try it out based on several reviews I read. Last night around midnight, I put in a withdrawal request for my winnings of $1,750.00. I didn't know what to expect as far as wait times for approval. Within minutes I received an email acknowledging my request. About 30 minutes later I received an email informing me that my payout had been approved. When I woke up this morning, I saw another email stating that my payout has been processed and on its way! I couldn't believe how fast this all went! I have been playing at online casinos for several years and my payouts have NEVER been this quick! I opened the chat line and within 2 seconds I was helped with my questions. This casino has a variety of games to play I didn't know which one to play first. So, based on my experience with my first withdrawal at this casino, I would recommend it. They have already earned my trust. I will continue to play here. If, for some reason my feelings have changed, I will put in another review, but I can't see that happening anytime soon.Update: I received my payout on Weds 11/12. Three days is all it took! This was by requesting a check. Their website states that they have "fast payout", they weren't kidding!
