Decent casino overall. The layout could use a refresh and more filters in the slot section.

I want take out £300 I won and I'm been trying load up my account verification details it won't accept my passport photo and keeps telling me to take it again and again I must of loaded it about 10 times plus the photo usually loaded anytime on other gaming apps excepted straight away first time now it won't load to take the passport photo and can't get hold of anyone like a customer service team to ask for help in this matter I've deposited £150 it took that straight away pissed off who do I complain too if so many before me have had the same treatment.

Good slots and a good choice of games

***dont be me***I used Pitbet casino for 18 months, the only reason I used them this long was they paid a £350 withdrawal in July 2025. So, ah, I thought, finally, a Legit non GameStop casino!NOPE!I knew I’d win big at some point, and I’m not proud to say I’ve paid in £10/15k in that time. Finally, last week I won £10k, that’s it for me, wanted to withdraw and move on if I’m honest. So, requested the max £2k, rejected, tried again, rejected, contacted "support" via email and live chat. Ignored. This went on for 5 days. 7 rejection and not one comment from them. Then "light bulb moment" I had also asked them to ban me on 12 occasions as I openly admit I have a gambling problem, all I wanted was a big win and get some money back :( they ignored every request, but, oddly enough respond to other queries instantly.I never won that money, they have been abusing my addiction for 18 months with no intention of giving me any reward. I’m gutted, but please, don’t be me!NEVER USE THIS CASINO, I just looked and I’ve wagered 80k over 18 moths and therefore I’m a "VIP" lol. You won’t get shit from them, just a token withdraw for a few quid to buy your trust.
