I deposited approximately 90 dollars of SHIBA coins. It did not go through, when I was in the live chat, they said they forwarded it to the financial department and I will hear from them after a maximum of 3 days. I have now waited 1 week no response, I try to reach live chat, gives me the exact same response. I then sent an email through support, which they sended me another email to send to. When I clicked the email, instead of being Jackbits email, it was mystakes payment email. Even though it said jackbit on the link, after click it says mystake. That is weird. It is a shame because I have had no other problems except this, withdrawals have been good and everything else. But this will make me not play on this site again, unless it is resolved veery soon. It should not take more than the amount of days that you tell me. Edit: It has now been resolved, I just got my money in my account.

Joo Casino has an extensive selection of over 2,500 games to keep you entertained. From slots to live dealer titles, there’s something for everyone, regardless of their preference. All you need to do is register on the platform, deposit, and choose your preferred game to play for real money.

i like that the casino doesn’t feel overhyped or complicated..just good gaming..i won a little, left happy, and i’ll return..what you see is what you get..i deposited, played, won, and cashed out. Feels fair..that counts.

Everything has been easy to navigate at the Bitplay website and anytime I was unsure how to proceed, a member of the support was always a chat link away. Without Archie I might have given up on learning bitcoin. Thanks!
