I had an issue with making a deposit, not realizing I was using an expired bonus code. When I contacted customer service, Edward, the customer service agent was extremely helpful. I've never had a bad experience with them and really enjoy Bitplay.

I enjoy the casino. One thing that could make the experience better is not taking the spins out of the balance of the bonus. In other words why say you are giving free spins when the amount is taken out of the bonus you are giving. I understand that it is all a given bonus but it is confusing and a bit misleading. Why not just give a lower bonus percentage and add free spins without taking it out of the awarded bonus. Also, why can't I add funds with a bonus until a previous bonus is played through. In other words, why can't I run 2 bonuses concurrently?By the way customer support is great!

Good support staff.

They advised me to go to this casino, specifically in the game egypt fire, well, i don't know i'll try how it is here in general, a lot depends on your luck and bad luck, well, we'll see, because it will always be as lucky as it will be and you can earn money normally, i once played in another casino now here
