I won a little over $300 on one spin, redeemed $295 on 6/30/2025 at 3:12 am. Today it's been over 15 business days and I keep getting the same message as everyone else here has apparently been getting. What I want to know is, how can you say that according to your Terms and Rules, etc. redemptions MAY take UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS, yet, most of the people on HERE have been waiting for way longer than that! As per your own T&C, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION! I really like TMF, but if they can't uphold their own T&C with regard to their redemption practices they are obviously not acting in good faith and cannot be trusted.I was REALLY counting on that $ and cannot afford to wait MONTHS for it to be deposited into my acct.PLEASE fix whatever it is or hire more ppl to handle your "supposed" backlog, as this failure to redeem our money in a timely and reasonable fashion is definitely not the honorable way to treat your customers. Are you familiar with the adage "the customer is always right"? We are right and should not be subjected to such disrespectful and discounted behavior by a (once) reputable business. The "cookie cutter" responses you continually respond with are insulting. We, your CUSTOMERS, your bread and butter, deserve our redemptions within the time frame stated in your own T&C and are not placated by your "spin doctors" useless, condescending rhetoric. DO BETTER!UPDATE!!!On Aug 4 my redemption was finally completed. I did pester the hell out of them once daily for the last week or so. Was thrilled to finally see the deposit! All I can say is keep on it, they will get your money to you!Have since updated my review to 4 stars. Had this unfortunate delay not occurred, they would have gotten 5 stars. Keep the faith, people!!!Thank you, TMF!

Very good company, good luck for u

I’ve been playing on Clubs Poker for quite some time now, and I can honestly say the customer support team here is unmatched. I originally won $8,000 on the platform about six months ago, and from that moment forward, I’ve consistently been treated with professionalism, patience, and care — something you just don’t see often in this space. Most recently, I ran into an issue with a promotional offer that had expired. Understandably, I was disappointed — but within moments of reaching out, Isobel stepped in with genuine empathy and kindness. She didn’t just offer a canned response — she made sure I felt heard, valued, and respected. She even added a token of appreciation to my account while we waited for a fix, which honestly helped me keep my cool during a pretty frustrating moment. Then Heather came through with the follow-up, going above and beyond to honor the expired promotion simply because I’ve been a loyal VIP. That level of commitment to their players? You just don’t see it often. What stands out most is the human touch — Isobel especially deserves major credit for how she handled things. It wasn’t just about solving the problem; it was about how she did it. Respectful, kind, and sincerely supportive. If you're looking for a platform where you’re treated like more than just a user ID, Clubs Poker is it. They’ve earned my trust again, and I truly appreciate the support team for making that possible — especially Isobel.Thank you again for everything.— Mark
