This casino had absolutely the worst customer service representative. I’ve had a monster for a phone representative. Their name was Simon. He asked for items I clearly explained I was having issues with, he is obviously slow… I understand why the company feels the need to hire folks who were in special Olympics… it just make the communication tough on clients
The new slots keep me coming back. Some of the bonus buys can be a bit too expensive, but overall it's a fun experience.
