Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and it's now 3:00 PM and still nothing, and yes I know y'all have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Y'all definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record that's why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers. I'm just saying. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!

I’ve been playing here for a longtime and since I’ve began things seemed pretty consistent however lately it’s taken a downhill turn monthly bonuses are non existent, asking to speak to a host is now difficult you have to tell the CSR why you need to speak with them. I do love this casino but payouts should be same day not 24-48 and they should work on the weekend to send deposits especially when bitcoin is your withdrawal method. For the most part I’m happy with them and will still play here and all the sister casinos

Excelant & good

Rox Casino is one of my favorites. The website is visually appealing, and the gameplay is smooth. They have regular cashback offers and a rewarding loyalty program. I've made several withdrawals, and they've always been prompt. Highly recommended for experienced players.
