I have been playing on Stackr for a little while ..I went to redeem with the option to have it instantly sent to my debit card. .. noticed it was pending for good Amount of time ..few hours later they sent an email stating my account was closed and said its cuz I was using vpn.. I wasn’t. I went back and forth by email with no luck. I reached out on FB messenger and low and behold a manager named Conner responded, apologized and fixed my account and sent my redemption.. I was beside myself almost crying because I thought I was out of the SC I won. They are by far the best as far as games , redeems and the actual support from them

So the company NEVER PAYS OUTPlease do not pay into this casino... it won't allow you to withdraw.. Absolutely fuming and it's only £200 🤣Good reviews cannot be real... BEWARE

Since the beginning Scrooge casino has been a wonderful place to play. I can't even describe the difference there is in their one on one appreciation for each customer compared to any other casino I've experienced before them. They are always on top of any problem that you may have and always, SERIOUSLY ALWAYS, giving bonuses to the players that are in their VIP group. How hard is it to get into VIP? Show up for your freebies each day and your pretty much in! I mean it does help to buy a package to play on occasions if you want that VIP experience very quickly but none the less, each and every player gets the VIP treatment from their staff whether a VIP member or not. Scrooge has tons of popular providers ( Backseat, Hacksaw, NowNow, Relax, NLC, a few of my favorites) to choose from and a vas array of games that would be near impossible to see all of. So no doubt they will have what you love to play. If you value customer support and service along with an all around great experience for the casinos you play at, your gonna love this place as much as I do.
