Susan thank you for reaching out to resolve this matter, it made all the difference. Just to clarify I contacted Support through emails, since live chat wasn't available 17 times. You explained that my emails some how went to spam but only twice did I get a response. As I promised and since you contacted me, which was all I wanted, and in the end resolved this matter I have changed my 1 star status to 4 stars. Because of you and how you handled this complaint is the reason my review has changed. Just a heads-up on other complaints I have seen that yes if you are a player from the USA you will have to use a VPN and change your location to Germany and that will allow you more games to play, not all but quite a few more than none at all.

Because they take care of their loyal customers by rewarding them with bonuses

There are many choices when it comes to places to play casino games. There are an array of options and bonuses that you can choose from. I've played at many places and utilized There bonus systems. I've been playing at megaplay for a few months and have wagered around 70k$. Megaplay offers the best cashback and rakeback I've ever recieved from any online casino platform. I've always had instant withdraw no matter the amount. I've wagered low amounts some weeks and still won the daily contests which provide a decent boost when you are down and out. Megaplay is honest, respectable and reliable. I have zero complaints and hope everyone trust my transparency

"Account update:• Withdrawal: $100.73• Reversed: $100.73• Voided: $80.08"I think this explains everything. It showed no bonus balance, I had 0.65$ left. I ran it up to 100$ (where the min. withdrawal was) and they STILL didn't want to pay me out.

This casino is great! From the design to deposits and withdrawals haven't had a problem yet! Was Definitely above my expectations
