What I love about Scrooge is their fast payouts & the ability to make penny spins (if that's what you want to do). Tell me another social casino that lets you make penny spins? I'll wait, but I won't hold my breath cause there aren't any. They have awesome promos on a daily/weekly basis-- under 5 dollars & comes with free spins too! The deals are wicked. & Their cash outs don't leave you wondering what day it'll finally hit your acct. If it's a weekday, you can rest assured that you'll have it by the next day at the latest.

Still one of my favorites although I wish I got more rewards for my deposit but still great customer service and fast payouts

Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and it's now 3:00 PM and still nothing, and yes I know y'all have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Y'all definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record that's why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers. I'm just saying. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!
