High 5 made it right almost immediately I couldn’t ask for a better resolution Update: I have raved about this platform for years. And they have always Been good to me until this weekend. I’ve won a significant amount of money, and attempted to redeem, and nothing. And nothing but the run around and not a single person caring enough to even check in on it. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I hope they make it right today but if not I’ll be changing this rating to a 1 because I can’t believe this platform is doing this. I’ve been playing on this platform for more than 3 years. I absolutely love the set up on their app, it’s so easy to use! They have phenomenal customer service and redemption is usually extremely quick! I’ve never had a single problem with them and they’ve been very good to me. They also have a sister company now called Lucky Bit Casino and it’s just like this one but uses crypto. You should give both of them a try! Currently I’m waiting on three redemptions but I anticipate they will be approved today, I’ll update when they are! Please if you’re looking for a trustworthy company , you found it in them!

I signed up at Tenex Casino, deposited some crypto, and immediately got a 100% welcome bonus - smooth and fast. Games like Sweet Bonanza loaded without lag and looked great on my phone. I cashed out ~$100 and withdrawal via crypto was processed in under 15 minutes - no issues. Support answered my questions quickly and professionally. Overall, a great experience: clear interface, fast payments, and honest bonus terms.

great selection of slots and easy to navigate site

Fast response time Great staff

Worldwide top 2 Casino with stake for me. Regular bonus offers with fair terms and no traps. I think it's not even possible to breach any bonus terms, very player friendly. Support is fast and always helpful. Withdrawals are processed almost instant and no stall tactics. All slots are offered on the highest RTP setting possible, which gives the player the most playtime and best chances to hit a win. I think this is very important, in times where most casinos are reducing RTP and depositing players receiving no playtime and frustration. Playing here a couple of years very satisfied and hope this place not change in future.
