Responses were clear, timely, and helpful. I have never had to put in a complaint before and I found the experience very easy. There was no judgement, but only positive interactions and my issue was resolved. Thank you.

Very excellent customer service, wide variety of games, amazing graphics.

Great game good money

I truly appreciate the intervention of Casinoguru’s completely free complaint resolution service, which helped ensure that my withdrawal requests—delayed for many days by several casinos—were finally completed. I hope that in the future, should any issues arise regarding deposits, withdrawals, account verification, or similar matters, I will continue to receive your valuable assistance. Thank you sincerely.

Clubs is one of the best to deal with. The customer service is usualy quick and willing to help. Ive seen improvements all around in the last year. Definitely looking forward to what they do in the future. The only complaint I've really got is the daily bonus. Rather you play poker or you play the other games. .20sc is hardly worth messing with. And since they have a decent set up for social poker play I feel like the daily should have stayed where it was or atkeazt .25. Ya cant do much with .20. Therebis no option to use it with poker unless you save it up.
