After joining about a week ago I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I have enjoyed playing here. The house games are unique and fun, all of which are provably fair. If you're familiar with gambling with crypto then you know that it can sometimes take (what feels like) forever for your transaction to receive the required confirmations to clear the blockchain and then finally be deposited into your player's account. Guess what?! Not here!!! Every deposit I've made has been added to my account almost instantly; with the exception of yesterday while their payment server was down for maintenance.. So I messaged support and not only did they credit my account with the deposit immediately but they also gave me a bonus for my troubles! Now that is some excellent customer service! My first withdrawal was on New Years Eve and it required a manual review so I thought for certain it would be the next day before it cleared because suppport was gone for the night and.. It was 7pm on New Year's Eve...nope.. 15 minutes later my withdrawal was sitting in my crypto wallet! In just a little over a week since joining MegaPlay I have managed to receive bonus amounts of nearly $100 just from the weekly/ daily races alone. And to be clear.. I'm not some crazy high roller with insane wager amounts. That's not even including my deposit bonuses, rake back, loss recovery, giveaway winnings, and daily/weekly bonus I've gotten as well. That's insane! This is definitely my new favorite place to gamble crypto and I think I'll be hanging around here for quite sometime!!

I have been playing at this casino specifically, I believe 8 or 9 years and their variety of sister casinos I believe for a totsl of 10 years. I have no issues and have Not had issues cashing out or getting paid for numerous years. Once you abide by their verification details everything is smooth and seamless.. Bitcoin is by far the fastest and cheapest way to get paid. One of the best companies as far as online casinos with the variety of games slots live dealers and helpful very very helpful support staff.. I had a very serious issue with a 6,400 USDT withdrawal blocked at 22Bet for a long time, which caused me a lot of stress, especially because of my health and financial problems.Casino Guru handled my complaint in a professional, patient and human way. The analyst reviewed all the evidence, guided me step by step on what to send to the casino and stayed in touch throughout the process. They are transparent and do not promise miracles, but they really do everything they can to mediate fairly. In my case, 22Bet finally released my withdrawal and I received the full amount. I am convinced that Casino Guru’s involvement and the public complaint helped push the casino to do the right thing.I highly recommend Casino Guru to any player with problems at an online casino. They answer, investigate and genuinely care about players. I’m very grateful for their help.
