I used to play here all of the time and loved it. But i banned myself for a few months and other casinos were ok with me playing again. This casino did everything in their power to say no. Finally after a year they agree to let me play again. Then before I can play I have these rude chat people that say I have to pass an impossible test about my bank card a year before that. I changed banks so basically I can't gamble here. Im disgusted with this casino. I think that had sour grapes because I won. Who knows. Go elsewhere trust me.

Almost a year ago, I wrote a review that was not great and I was very unhappy because of a few things. I wanted to come back and say that when you are heard, someone takes the time and effort to reach out, hear you and then actually takes steps to improve, it really means a lot. I decided to give it a second chance when they introduced the reward program they use today I couldn’t be happier. They have super fast payouts…Mine have never taken longer than 2 hours. Most times within an hour. Awesome place to play! Thank you

Loyalty rewards here really do pay off. I often receive surprise free bets or bonuses, and payouts are always reliable. It’s a great platform for regular bettors who enjoy getting something extra for their play.

Great withdrawals they take a couple of days to clear, UI is easy to navigate and the website is nice and colourful with a wide selection of games

Lots of fun and great bonuses. Ritzslots is a literal win win.
