I deposited approximately 90 dollars of SHIBA coins. It did not go through, when I was in the live chat, they said they forwarded it to the financial department and I will hear from them after a maximum of 3 days. I have now waited 1 week no response, I try to reach live chat, gives me the exact same response. I then sent an email through support, which they sended me another email to send to. When I clicked the email, instead of being Jackbits email, it was mystakes payment email. Even though it said jackbit on the link, after click it says mystake. That is weird. It is a shame because I have had no other problems except this, withdrawals have been good and everything else. But this will make me not play on this site again, unless it is resolved veery soon. It should not take more than the amount of days that you tell me. Edit: It has now been resolved, I just got my money in my account.

It does the thing it says it does.

I have had a great experience with Punt Casino. Although, I have only won a couple of times, I am able to claim a small token of free play every day which allows me to play daily. All of my favorite games are on the app, and new games are added weekly. The new games are usually on fire and keeps the excitement going. There is always some type of promotion, discount and or raffle. What I love the most is that the site is user friendly and the redemptions are instant.

Payouts are slow, but legit.

got like 300$ win and the guy just processed it. nice.
