I really enjoy playing here at Heats Casino. The site is easy to navigate, with a wide variety of games. They always offer bonuses without deposit. Very good

I was getting the run around from a casino from which had made a withdrawal request. The request was approved but the payment never came. After months talking with their support I found casinomeister's player arbitration service. I opened a ticket not thinking it would help but it couldn't hurt anything. They replied 2 days later and said they were contact the casino. 3 days after that my bitcoin wallet had received the funds from my withdrawal. I was amazed and happy about the quick and positive resolution. If it wasn't for their intervention I'm sure I would still be looking for the payment. Thank you very much for the help and if anyone else has issues with online casinos open a ticket with this site and let them get what you're owed!

Put in $60, tried my luck and got up to $400. I was hesitant because I hadn't verified my account yet, so I messaged Casiny via their chat. They replied and said that it could take up to 48hours to verify documents.I withdrew the money anyway.Low and behold - I checked my bank account and the money was already in there (5 hours later). Nice! Hoping for more withdrawals in the future😊

Great website, great games.

Registration was straight forward and the choice of games is superb, great graphics , friendly customer service and I love the bonuses available. Hope to cash out of here when I do eventually win
