Fun place to play and great games also customer service is ok

I've only recently discovered it, but in a short time, everything basically suits me. No lags, and that's the main thing

Has been a great experience

This casino had absolutely the worst customer service representative. I’ve had a monster for a phone representative. Their name was Simon. He asked for items I clearly explained I was having issues with, he is obviously slow… I understand why the company feels the need to hire folks who were in special Olympics… it just make the communication tough on clients
