I have ups and downs with this casino sometimes it's hard for me to get across on a few things prior to something that happened last night that I got 20 free spins did the play through and everything and ask for a cash out and they couldn't cash me out because there wasn't enough money in that account to cash me out but they they owed me $20 so I'm still with this casino but that was very disrespectful on that

Navigation is badCustoner service is so so never asnwer questions when u emailAny casino stating giving you the option of cancelling a withdrawal is bad in my eyes. Avoid Read other reviews on casino i recommendMade withdrawal will increase stars if it is fast

Another great casino casino has great bonus's and the range of games is awesome give it a go you won't be disappointed

I completed the bonus wagering requirements at JoCasino and the system confirmed it by converting my bonus into real money (€125). I then requested a withdrawal – but it was rejected.Support claimed I “violated the terms” because I used the Bonus Buy feature. However, this rule is not mentioned clearly in their terms and conditions. I never bet more than €0.10 per spin – Bonus Buy just triggers a feature, it doesn’t change the stake. The system allowed it, no warning was shown, and the bonus was marked as completed. When I asked for clarification, the support agent just repeated “Bonus Buy is a bet” and refused to point out where this is stated in the rules. No transparency, no fairness, no real help.I feel misled and disappointed. I’ve already filed complaints with licensing authorities and consumer protection platforms.
