I had played stakr casino for a while and a few days ago I had won and went to redeem which there kept being an issue so I contacted support and they said to just try it again, so I try it again and it has the same problem and I go to contact support again and the website says i cant access it since im location restricted. I thought it was a mistake since I got no warning they would be stopping operations in my state and I had just gone on there less that 24 hours before so I contacted the email support and they said the my did in fact stop operating in my state. I asked follow up questions like why did I not get any warning whatsoever and am I still able to withdraw what I won or if I can't then if I am physically in a different state can I withdraw my winnings and they have since ignored all emails and questions.

I play on a few different platforms of online casinos, and the only thing I have to say is treat people how you want to be treated because if you are being stubborn and rude, the opposing party has every right to treat you the same way I had nothing but a great experience with this company and will continue to be a customer/family member Only thing I can say is find out for yourself. Bottom line.
