I completed the bonus wagering requirements at JoCasino and the system confirmed it by converting my bonus into real money (€125). I then requested a withdrawal – but it was rejected.Support claimed I “violated the terms” because I used the Bonus Buy feature. However, this rule is not mentioned clearly in their terms and conditions. I never bet more than €0.10 per spin – Bonus Buy just triggers a feature, it doesn’t change the stake. The system allowed it, no warning was shown, and the bonus was marked as completed. When I asked for clarification, the support agent just repeated “Bonus Buy is a bet” and refused to point out where this is stated in the rules. No transparency, no fairness, no real help.I feel misled and disappointed. I’ve already filed complaints with licensing authorities and consumer protection platforms.

It's a fun game but it's hard to withdraw your winnings this needs to be fixed.

If u wanna be a winner, play with BITOFGOLD. Last night I already have 12300 credit but I accidentally fell asleep while it’s on auto play. It’s fine coz the next deposit I made I’m cashing out $209. So play with BITOFGOLD if u wanna win. Good luck..
