I've found this game to be fairly balanced in terms of gameplay, but I've had some connectivity issues that disrupt my progress. It's nice to see active customer support; they responded quickly when I reported a bug that caused my progress to reset. Despite the occasional ad, the game is quite engaging, and I often lose track of time while playing. I do wish there was a way to reduce the number of ads or at least provide an option to watch fewer of them for some rewards. The timer for timed events feels a bit strict, which sometimes adds unnecessary pressure during gameplay.
