I deposited $200.00 into my account. It has taken over two hours and I have sent the emails from it being verified and still no money in my account. At this point, I am very furious with this BetUs Casino and I hate to say it I may not ever play it again. This has to be a better what for you to be able to play your games and getting your refunds in a timely manner.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beyond 5 Stars — Julie is the Definition of VIP!Julie isn’t just a casino host — she’s the heartbeat of the BetUS experience. From the moment I joined the Platinum program, she made every interaction feel personalized, professional, and above all, genuine. Julie goes above and beyond every single time — whether it’s arranging exclusive bonuses, giving lightning-fast responses, or ensuring every detail of my experience feels first-class.Her energy, kindness, and dedication make her stand out in an industry that’s all about the details. She makes you feel like family while running things like a pro. It’s rare to find someone who combines such elite-level service with real authenticity, but Julie does it flawlessly. If BetUS had a Hall of Fame for hosts — Julie would be the first inductee. 🏆
